This document is owned by i4T Oceania Pty Ltd is based in Australia (AU) on behalf of its own and its group of companies, which are licensed to use the i4T Global suite of software platforms.

The i4T Global suite of software platforms publicly known as but not limited to are:

i4T Maintenance
i4T Business
i4T Employee
i4Tradies

1. About the Service

(a) The Website is operated by i4T Global (ABN 80 615 830 165). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by i4T Global. Please read the i4T Global’s terms and conditions. Using, browsing, and/or reading the Website, signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of our Services, immediately.

(b) Welcome to the Website Add-on (“Service”), an additional offering for users subscribed to our i4T Business platform. This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing your use of this Service.  If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website or any of our Services, immediately.

(c) i4T Global reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. When i4T Global updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with prior notice. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

2. Acceptance of Terms

(a) You accept the Terms by remaining on the Website. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by i4T Global in the user interface.

(b) By adding and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Service Description

(a) The Service includes website creation and other related services (i.e.Web Enquiries/Quotes, Online Portfolio, Social Media, etc) as specified in the selected add-on package published on the i4T Business Website Add-on Pricing page.

b.  The Service is designed for field service companies (trades businesses and service contractors), including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and similar trades.

4. Subscription Requirement

(a) The Service can be added by both existing and new i4T Business subscribers.

(b) To add this Service, you need to be registered as a business with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) and should possess an Australian Business Number (ABN).

(c) New users adding the Service will by default be registered to an i4T Business account along with a 30-day trial period, which allows access to the core features of i4T Business.

(d) If you do not have an i4T Business account, upon subscription, your information provided during the registration process will be used for the creation of your new i4T Business account in 4(c).

5. Subscriptions and Payments

(a) The Service is offered as an add-on to your existing or your new i4T Business subscription account.

(b) The add-on fee for the Service is independent of the i4T Business subscription and must be paid per the selected plan.

(c) When adding the Service, you agree to a 6-month commitment, with the subscription amount charged monthly.

(d) Payment terms, including billing cycles and methods, are detailed on our pricing page.

(e) All payments made during your use of the Service are made using Stripe. By using the Service, or when making any payment related to your use of the Service, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Stripe terms and conditions, which are available on its website.

6. Service Activation

(a) Upon registration and completion of payment, the Service will be commenced, and you will receive an email confirming the Service’s commencement. The i4T Global team will reach out to you within one (01) working day and the website will be published online within the next two (02) working days.

(b) To continue using your i4T Business account beyond the trial period, the subscription must be renewed and the account should be Active.

(c) The Service will remain active even beyond the trial period of the i4T Business account.

(d) In the event, that your i4T Business account is Inactive, the Web Enquiries/Quotes feature that is integrated with your website built via the Service will NOT operate until the i4T Business account has been re-activated.

(e) i4T Global reserves the right to verify the eligibility of your account before activating the Service.

7. Use of the Service

(a) You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and by these Terms.

(b) Unauthorized use of the Service, including but not limited to reselling or sublicensing, is strictly prohibited.

8. Change Requests

(a)The change requests stated in 8(a)(i), 8(a)(ii), 8(a)(iii), and 8(a)(iv) will be performed Free of Charge (FOC) on the user’s request:

(i) Business Logo change

(ii) Headline Changes (1 change per month)

(iii) Minor text updates or corrections (2 changes per month).

(iv) Updating contact (i) information.

(v) Changes to the Services Section

(b) The change requests stated in 8(b)(i), 8(b)(ii), 8(b)(iii), and 8(b)(iv) will be subjected to additional charges.

(i) Layout changes

(ii) Complete redesigns

(iii) Extensive content updates that require significant time and resources.

(iv) Custom development work.

(c) The users need to follow the process as mentioned for change requests on the Website built from the Service.

(i)  All change requests should be submitted via email to Support@i4TBusiness.com

(ii) FOC change requests will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2 business days.

(iii) Chargeable change requests will be quoted and require approval before work begins. Payment terms for chargeable requests will be outlined in the quote.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

(a) i4T Global is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certified, ensuring the highest standards of data protection and security.

(b) Your use of the Service is subject to the i4T Global’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

(a) All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, designs, and content, are owned by i4T Global or its licensors.

(b) You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your paid commitment.

11. Termination and Suspension

(a) i4T Global’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under the statute, or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.

(b) You expressly understand and agree that i4T Global, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however, caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, and any other intangible loss.

12. Termination of Contract

(a) i4T Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that could harm the Service or its users.

(b) You may terminate your subscription to the Service at any time by providing a written request to the i4T Business Support team. Upon termination, the website will be deactivated until the subscription is renewed.

(c) i4T Global may at any time, terminate the Terms with you if:

(i) You have breached any provision of the Terms or intend to breach any provision;

(ii) i4T Global is required to do so by law;

(iii) The provision of the Services to you by i4T Global is, in the opinion of i4T Global, no longer commercially viable.

13. Limitation of Liability

(a) i4T Global’s total liability, however arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under the statute, or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.

(b) You expressly understand and agree that i4T Global, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however, caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, and any other intangible loss.

14. Indemnification

(a) You agree to indemnify i4T Global, its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contributors, third-party content providers, and licensors from and against:

(i) All actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss, and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered, or arising out of or in connection with your direct use or your actions related to your use of the Service.

(ii) Any breach of the terms.

15. Waiver of Legal Rights

(a) If you breach any of these Terms of Use, and i4T Global has knowledge of that breach, a failure to pursue legal action or to enforce any remedy against you will not constitute a waiver of i4T Global’s legal rights.

(b) Any waiver of these Terms of Use will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by i4T Global.

15. Severance

(a) If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
